I am an employee for Vonage under their kiosk program. I have had an employee account (under the 6 month free offer) for a few months. I was considering upgrading to Vonage Pro for the additional features that are offerred. Listed is a Vonage Pro Plan for $13.99 for employees. The only thing I cannot figure out is what exactly this plan offers. I know that many of my coworkers continued with this plan after their six months were up, however I do not know what it includes. I want the softphone and visual voicemail texts (both of which I could pay for separately but not for less money than the 13.99 plan). Does anyone have this plan or know what it includes?

I am indeed an employee, actually a manager for a Vonage store. And I am familiar with each and every one of our plans besides the Employee Pro plan, because it is not something that I sell or ever have to give support about. I believe that the the Employee Pro Plan is the employee rate equivolent to the Vonage Pro Plan, however just at a discounted rate for employees. My question is if the Employee Pro Plan is just a different title for the continued plan (after the 6 month mark) or if it was an itemized plan with the added softphone and a certain number of free Visual Voicemail texts (which are normally an additional 9.99 per month and 25 cents a message, respectively). I am not a manager at a Vonage store because I am unfamiliar with the product, I guarantee you that.

I would think you'd probably want to discuss this on employee only forums. Smile Putting internal employee pricing on the net doesn't seem like such a great idea to me. Just my two cents...
