Haven't had a bit of trouble for months, but all of a sudden anybody who calls is getting a busy signal -- not transferring to my cell, not going to voicemail. Outgoing calls are fine, so I had no clue there was a problem until one of my kids tracked me down on my cell phone. On hold for support but wondered if anybody else has been experiencing a problem? We're in 615 area code.

Looks like they downgraded the issue to a caller ID problem shortly after your post:

"Customers in the following area codes: 615, 931, 662, 901, 727, 813, 863, 941, 330, 614, 717, 512 and 210 may experience problems with inbound caller-id due to a local carrier issue. Our engineers are aware of the issue...<snip>"

Oh, I hope we don't languish in Caller ID pergatory. I had a terrible time with names for a spell. Oh, well. It's still well worth the switch, even with a bump or two in the road. We've had really good success overall and we've had only Vonage for, gosh, over a year and a half now. I was so suprised this morning when we had a glich. I'd gotten so used to it working 24/7, I can't remember the last time we had a hiccup!

thanks for the update,
laureltn

I experienced this issue today in the 614 area code as well. First problem I've had since switching to Vonage, so no biggie. Its fixed now.
