So why is it so hard to cancel your Vonage service? I keep getting the run around and even though I have asked to have my service discontinued Vonage keeps charging my card.
Anyone else have this problem? Do I just need to take legal action or what? |

Just file a dispute with your credit card. The credit card company will credit you back and investigate the charges with Vonage. As long as you have evidence of your request for cancelation, you won't have to pay any additional charges. |

Have you spoken to an account manager? Has the manager investigated the issue, gone through your account history, etc.? |

Please realize that this is not an official Vonage forum, this is a support site created by users of Vonage to assist other Vonage users. We are not able to resolve your billing issues. You will need to speak with a Vonage account manager to resolve your issue. |
