For a few days, incoming calls don't get connected. Just me?
It will ring and when I pick it up, it will hang up.
I have DSL and Cable Internet services and I tried both gateways and still the problem. I tried powering off/on the phone adapter. No fix. It is Vonage then, right? Who else besides me?
I am in the Bay Area, California. |

Can you post the information in the "What to post when having technical trouble with Vonage...." sticky thread? |

Problem solved.
Wanted to update that I have resolved the problem.
I installed Panasonic KX-TH1212 phone then the problem started.
Why? Because, I had my vonage number simulti-ring to my cell phone. And the KX-TH1212 is setup to bluetooth to my cell. So, when calls come in, BOTH vonage line and my cell rings thru the KX-TH1212. When I pickup the panasonic handset to answer the call, it gets confused because two calls are coming in at the same time and it hangs up and I try to answer.
Now, I disabled the bluetooth link and everything works. |
