Hi all, sorry if this has been addressed before, if so feel free to direct me there.
There is one particular phone number when I dial out on my Vonage line I get a "number not in service" recording. Contacted this person by e-mail who said their phone is working fine, I called on my cell and got right through. Vonage service otherwise fine.
Is this an issue with Vonage, and if so what can I do to remedy? Thanks in advance! |

I had the same problem. it turned out that a friend had ordered Vonage and a number transfer, then cancelled the whole order. I had to contact Vonage and they reset something and I was able to call that number. |

Thanks Stretch and WhatUMean, it appears this is the same issue for me as well -- the person I am calling had applied for Vonage in the past but never followed through. Spoke with someone at Vonage, and at the moment I am ringing through to that number.
I will let you know if this problem pops back up, but for now it seems to be working. Thanks for your help and input! |
