Amen PVVOIP. I agree. They're providing me a gateway to the internet. They shouldn't tell me what to do with it. It's like a PSTN telling you that you can't pick your long distance provider. Comcast gives me a headache. |

The phones seem to be working fine now.
If Comcast is doing something to cause issues with Voip other than their own I think Vonage should sue them. Then Vonage can put that money into improving their products and services. (Not that they need improvement)
I'm paying for Internet. I should be able to do what I want with it. If I want to have IPTV (Not really out yet...) or use Voip without other Comcast services I should be able to. I shouldn't have problems because Comcast wants me to use their company for everything. |
Contact the FCC Comcast wants you to be dissatisfied with your current provider so you will get great service at a much higher rate from comcast. |

Hi Friend,
Your phone call quality is horrible , so first your check your mobile network speed, than u set up your phone and reinstall all the supported OS. This process is compulsory otherwise your phone go on ideal mode.
Thanks, Parkar |

Hello Friends,
My Friend, I know Vonage has been great. But, The call quality problem is also i suffer for last month. And i have also Comcast High Speed Internet. but here, another problem i tell you.
When I had to call customer service in Vonage(and the 2x before for questions regarding getting the service), the wait times are dismal. They are nearly a joke. I mean, how can a company give their marketing department millions of dollars for very cool TV commercials without the reps to answer our calls?
Thanks,
Parkar |
