Your going to have to provide a much more detailed description of each piece of hardware including make and model number starting from the modem and explain how each is connected to one another. This is the only way we can visualize your set up and help you diagnose your problem.
Does the WAN port of the Vonage device connect to your Westell 2200 and the LAN port of the Vonage device to the WAN port of your router? or Do you connect the WAN port of your router to the Westell 2200 and then a LAN port of your router to the WAN port of the Vonage device?
On the device that connects to the Westell 2200, is it's WAN port configured with PPPoE or for DHCP?
If the Vonage device is currently connected to your Westell 2200 and you configured your PPPoE information into the Vonage device, have your removed your PPPoE settings from your own router and set it for DHCP?
Alright, so the internet just worked after unhooking the router and hooking it back up. It then however stopped working on me again. So I know its plugged up right.
And for that last part about the dhcp, I have no idea.
