The light on the base station for my motorola cordless phone continues to blink "voice mail" even though i've picked it up and deleted all the messages. no info on the Vonage or motorola sites.

is this a new or old problem? if it's been happening since you got Vonage, your phone may not support vonage's method of 'telling' your phone it has new vmail. what model phone is it? this issue happened to me once. it was fixed by pressing and holding the page handset button. this is a documented feature on my phone to fix that issue. it hasn't happened since. the only other thing I can think of, is if you have the linksys RT31P2, it's set to send some MWI data to the phone every 30 seconds. this may be the issue also. Vonage can turn that off. I believe my first post on this board started a thread about the issue and the resolution. I would find it but I'm on a cell phone right now. oh, one more thing. try leaving yourself a message, checking it, deleting it, then exit all the menus (I think * does it, it tells you in the prompts) I read somewhere that properly exiting the vmail system can fix some related issues.
