I have had my V-phone for about 6 month. Everything was fine until yesterday. I turned my computer on, plugged in the v-phone and nothing happen except it was like I only plugged in a flash drive. I tried it on a friends computer and the same thing happened. He has a V-phone as well, and his works. So I don't think it is my computer. When I go to the "My Computer" screen, it only recognizes it as a removeable disk and I have no little orange Vonage circle. Is there a way for me to download something that will put the phone back on the USB?

Is the hidden folder "vonage" there? Can you execute the autodown.exe? Does anything attempt to load at all?
