I ordered mine early morning on 6th Feb, but it still does'nt show up on the courier tracking pages, which means it still has'nt left the warehoue. By when should I expect this...I need it badly by tomorrow morning (Feb 10th). Is there anyway to fasten this? 
I have aslo called the customer care four times and they have no idea why this is still not showing up. |

In the meantime, if you need the line to make calls, you can download Vonage Talk which will at least let you use your number until the adapter arrives:

Hi, I am having the same problem, apparently Vonage UK are shifting to a new delivery company (City Link) and I keep getting told that they don't use tracking info !! Might explain why my adaptor has been apparently sent out 3 times and just goes misisng.
I am now on my third time of being told "it has already been dispatched" and will be with you tomorrow.
The funniest bit is that I keep getting through to the Toronto call centre and they keep saying they are nipping down the corridor to the shipping centre (which is in Milton Keynes !!).
Hopefully I will have it next week (2 weeks after placing order) and may all the misisng ones will magically appear as well !!
The funniest bit is that when I say I am really not happy with the service they keep offering to put me through to the department who deals with closing accounts , so far though I have resisted despite being sorely tempted. |
