Post subject: Wireless Phone System
I have a wireless phone system with a base unit and 3 headsets. Only one phone works at a time. Is this something inherent with with VOIP/Vonage or my phone system? It's kind of annoying that two people in my house cannot talk to a caller at the same time.

Its probablly your telephone. I have a 2-line Uniden cordless phone and only one handset can be used at one time (even if the one already in use is on the other line).

I agree, the ATA (Vonage adapter) merely provides a connection much like any other phone connection to the base. Beyond that, what happens is up to your phone system.

Issue is with your phone. All handsets should communicate with the base when you need them to.

Did you register the satellite units with the home base unit? Check out the instruction manual and try setting up the system from scratch.
