I've been having some issues with my PAP2 recently and vonage offered a free month of service for my troubles.
I was thinking though, as a 4-5 year customer, I know I wouldn't have to pay any disconnect fee should I decide to discontinue my service. But if a rep offers a free month or a reduced rate, If I accept would that put me back into a situation where canceling my service would incur a disconnect fee? |

I have about the same question. I have a business premium with unlimited calls and would like to drop it down to business with 1500 calls a month.
Does doing that start a 2 year commitment all over again. My current 2 year commitment expires next month. |

No, it doesnt matter, you can still cancel at any time you want, even though they gave you a month credit. And PAP2 issues could be due to the router in your network, mite be you need to open up the firewall or put DMZ to make it work fine. |
