If you have a PBX that those Vonage adapters are routing into, the answer is most likely, yes. It all depends how your phones are setup to connect to the Vonage ATA's.
PBX = Private Branch Exchange. If you don't know, you most likely don't have it. If your business isn't very large, you can utilize and you can't afford a PBX, you could just get a couple 4 line telephones and daisy chain each 4 lines to each desk and then back to the corresponding ATA's. That would give each phone access to all four business lines.
