#1 THE VONAGE ICON AUTOMATICALLY SUBSTITUES ITSELF FOR THE FACEBOOK APPLICATION ICON.


#2 If there is an interruption in ISP service Vonage connections interrupt and post a form which requires login to a vonage router with a user name and password. I never established any vonage router password or user name and there are no instructions to do this.

How do I stop these insidious, annoying, ridiculous problems?
