Post subject: Vonage VTA Installation problem with D-Link DSL-502T
I was using
Vonage
phone in UK and very recentely I have send it to India, so that I can call my family frequently. But they are not able to intall it.
The Indian ISP is BSNL and they are using D-Link 502T ASDL Modem/Router. It has a USB post and one Ethernet port.
They have plugged computer to USB and Vonyage VTA to the Ethernet port.
The computer gets connected to Internet, but Vonyage VTA struggles to get connected to Interent. Pl. advice me

Both your computer and the
Vonage
box need to be connected via ethernet ports. if the pc is connected by usb the
Vonage
box will not work. therefore you need to have a 2 port router to connect both via ethernet
