There's probably a tech support center in every Starbucks in your area or on every street corner at the least. Look out your window. There's probably two or three within sight. |

There is no such thing as Vonage service centers. The only place to get a Vonage telephone adapter is in retail stores within the US, UK, or Canada which are the 3 countries Vonage is marketed and sold or through Vonage direct.
While you can use Vonage anywhere in the world, Vonage will not ship a product or truly support service outside of these 3 countries. This means you will have to get a replacement shipped to the address on your account and someone at that address will have to ship it to you in India. |

Funny, every time I have talked to Tech Support from Vonage, each individual has had a heavy Indian accent... |

There are outsourced call centers there for 1st level support and customer service but the person posting was not asking that. He was looking for a service center. Like a place he could walk into and swap a device. Since Vonage does not do business outside of the US, Canada, and UK, the answer was no and he would need to have a replacement shipped to someone in the US who can then ship to him.
You also need to take note that Vonage Corp HQ is in NJ which happens to be an ethnic melting pot and very heavily populated with people of Indian decent. So even if you were speaking to someone from one of the support groups in NJ, you may think you are talking to someone overseas. |

I know this. I just found it humorous. Sorry to go off topic. |

Vonage got level 2 tech support and advanced tech support in India, Phillipines, Chile, Utah, Canada in addition to first time callers. If you are lucky enough, you can reach someone in new jersey directly. |

I don't care where they are as long as they can help me with my problem. |
