Hello, I have the VDV21-VD adapter with 2 lines, 2 months ago it has started to give me a lot of troubles, any time I pick-up the Vonage line and make a phone call, I am getting a busy tone and my Internet connection goes off automatically, I called Vonage and spent hours on the phone with them, they said that the problem is not on their end and it might be AT&T, I called AT&T and they actually sent a technician, they guy said that the Internet is perfect and the problem is with the Vonage adapter, I called Vonage again and they said that maybe the adapter is bad, so they sent me a new adapter, the problem persists, I called AT&T again and I told him I think the Netopia router is bad, after a long conversation they decided to send me a new one, the new one arrived and guess what, the problem persists, please HELLPPP I have the Netopia 3347-02 router.
The DSL router has an IP pass through setting which may help (depending on what is going on)
I also noticed it has a Denial of Service protection that COULD be causing a problem. I would just ask the folks at the above referenced forum, they may be able to help.
