Post subject: VPhone with ISA Server
So my problem is in getting my vphone to work kwith isa server, the vphone works great at home and other places but I'm having trouble getting it to run at my job thanks to the firewall.
I'm not sure what to do but i was thinking that I should assign an ip address to the usb key (which i do not how to do)and the letting it access the necesary ports.
Help me please cause I really don't have a clue as to getting this to work.

The VPhone uses the IP address assigned to the computer.
When you plug it in, what exactly happens? Does the client load up? What does the log say when the application loads?
Most likely, your security team will need to allow the trafic from Vonage's servers back into your office network (unless they are really strict and block outgoing as well to the internet). Would they be willing to open up some ports?

The client loads fine...the problem starts when a called is made, the message says waiting for proxy registration.
They're not really strict and I most definitely can get them to open some ports for me.
So if allow openning the requiered ports for my computer's ip address that would help in some way ?

This should be all the information you need. Good luck.

The only piece to add is UDP 10000 for SIP.
