I have an LG-LX260 Rumor phone. I have tried to access the contact center page using the phone but the phone freezes up. Is there a mobile format for this? Has anyone had success getting to Contact center on their cell phone?
I have free incoming calls on my cell phone and I figure if I am out and about I could make some calls if needed.
I can access the page on my Ipod Touch, but in order to use that I need a wi-fi connection and those aren't always free and open. |

I was able to login to Contact Center using my BlackBerry Storm. I don't know, but I would doubt there is a mobile format for Contact Center. |

Have you tried enabling "Java" on your LG's browser settings? |

From what I've researched, the LG-LX260 supports Java, but whether or not it is enabled by default on your phone you will have to check that...Java support should be listed somewhere in your browser options. |
