Is the Vonage Talk login secure? Do I need to be worried about revealing my login credentials if I use Vonage Talk on an open network? |

I was always under the impression that VT is secure, at least as fas as login is concerned.
I ran wireshark while logging in and noted that the the login and Password is handled via SSL.
However, after registration, your Username (not your password) is exposed in the SIP registration and publishing, as Your_User_ID@vonim.com.
So in short, yes it is secure. |

Good to know. I didn't want to have to run it through a VPN.

That exactly what I was hoping someone had done.
