Post subject: Unable to connect in the Philippines
I have 2
Vonage
accounts, both opened in the US. I gave one to my wife in
Manila
,
Philippines
and it was working. THis is how we talk every day. I just arrived in
Manila
dn connected a Linksys router. SUddenly, my
Vonage
stopped working. WHen I pick up the phone it tels me that it is unable to connect to the internet even though my wifi is working. We have a DSL from PLDT in the
Philippines
.

May I know what is your ISP in U.S?
I think the problem is that, the ISP in the
Philippines
(I presumed PLDT or Globe) Could not recognized the MAC Address of your
Vonage
Device.
Please give me the following information in order for me to assess you properly and help you with your problem.
What is your
Vonage
Device?
And what is your ISP's given Model (Make and Model)
