Post subject: Not getting Caller ID Info anymore
My caller ID is not coming thru to my phone anymore. I can see the caller id info on my online account. I have Comcast.
Any ideas how to get my caller ID back??

Anything you see in your online account is also passed in the SIP info sent to your device. So from the
Vonage
perspective, caller ID is being sent to you. The issue between the
Vonage
telephone adapter and your phones.
First thing to look at is the connection between the phones and the
Vonage
adapter. If you have a splitter or your connecting through home wiring, bypass this by plugging the phone directly into the
Vonage
telephone adapter. If this is how you have it set up and it still does not work, try replacing the phone cable connected between the
Vonage
adapter and phones.
If connecting the phone direct works, you will have the figure out at which point the caller ID is failing. Since CID is passed between rings, this would indicate some sort of voltage issue.
