I have restarted everything a few times as per tech help but still getting no phone connection. Internet works like it always has

What is your exact network setup? 006 means it is not activated but that is a default message in many devices until it receives a profile. Since your device has this message, it most likely isn't getting on the internet in the first place to retrieve its first profile.
