That's what Lexus-Nexus is for. I'm not here to debate it, I'm just saying the way it is. Bottom line being pay attention to what you agree to.

Your best resolution would be with your credit card carrier - Stop recurring charges on the Co name - Your Card Carrier should be able to reissue a new card number "no way can they process the new number" as long as you can document the account cancellation.

Be persistent

Until Vonage attempts to charge the card again, finds that it is no longer valid, contacts the card carrier, shows proof that the charges are valid (since the customer did not properly cancel the service), and the card carrier links the charges to your new card, or dings the card holder for canceling the old card under false pretenses.

There simply is no reason or excuse to not do things properly.

Here's an idea; rather than bit*hing and complaining, why not show "Allah's angels" that they're not in control? That YOU are in control.

The way to do this :

1) Take a rope
2) Form a noose
3) Throw the rope over a high bar (one that can support your weight)
4) Grab a chair and stand on it
5) While on the chair, secure the noose around your neck firmly
6) Once the noose is secured around your lil' neck, kick the chair away.

THAT'S the only way to show "Allah's angels" who's really in charge.

WHITE POSER!!!!! ---> Sorry, WHITE POWER!!!! WHITE POWER!!!! WHITE POWER!!!!

Eye Popping

Your statement
"Make sure that you are processing the chargeback within compliance of your credit card company's provisions. If the above individual did not properly terminate his service with Vonage, and Vonage provides sufficient proof to his credit card company, his credit card company may not only penalize him for improperly filing a chargeback, but may also terminate his credit card and send that information to other credit providers. This, in turn, could automatically trigger higher interest rates on other lines of credit that he may hold, or may cause other creditors to cancel his lines of credit.

That would be a pretty ugly end to a situation that started because one individual simply could not control his reaction to dealing with an offshore account representative"

Got to be a joke buddy!
