w/ tech rep for 2hrs, refuses to give me firmware update

I just wanted to let everyone know that whatumean fixed my issue. I now have the latest and greatest firmware and everything is working great. Put this man in for a raise and point to him as a model for true customer service.

I will remain a loyal Vonage customer due in no small part to his actions.

EDIT: Jesus H. Christmas....the call quality is absolutely STUNNING. I cannot believe what a difference this firmware update has done for me.

I'm shocked.

As a general statement that would be accurate.

I believe that you have mistaken this forum for what it really is. While it's nice to have some Vonage techs here, it is not a Vonage site. We are mostly just end users trying to help each other
