After months of great Vonage service, I've been having a lot of problems with it cutting out, etc. My internet connection seems good, and normal speed tests show the normal results.....
Before I pursue that, I tried to run the Voip tool here, which I've done before. But when I go to the test, and then hit the 'start test' at the top, nothing happens... the progress bar shows no progress at all, and I've let it sit several minutes. Any ideas? |

I had the same issue last night, it may be a glitch. Have you tried to run any other general bandwidth speed tests to see if they work, or just the one here for Voip? |

Actually, it ran on my other computer, so that gets me what I needed. |

Also, make sure that you have the latest version of Java installed. The forum test won't work without it. |
