I have just picked up my first Vonage router and I am preparing to connect it. Much to my surprise there is almost no information apart from extremely basic:
This appears from reading this forum, to have led to a huge amount of effort by your customers (possibly the majority) who have small SOHO LANs. I found a small knowledge document in your 'Vonage News' section (not exactly where you would expect a house wiring and networking instruction document to be). But that proposed one way of connecting a network showing a diagram with the Vonage router downstream of the SOHO switch then had a note saying that this was not recommended !!!!
There are then all sorts of issues on house wiring with various telephone systems.
May I suggest that the _correct_ way of connecting your system up with most common network configurations is presented as a sticky How To guide? It would be even better if you had a wizard to take users through step by step.
