Post subject: 3 way calling... doesn't work
Can anyone explain why this isn't working for me?
I have the linksys with 2 phone ports....
I make a call.. hit flash.. hear the funky dial-tone.. make the other call.. and then I can happilly switch back and forth between the calls by hitting flash but can not in anyway shape or form connect the two to do 3 way calling.
I had this issue when I had
Vonage
about a year ago.. and have it now... have tried 2 different phones.

If you're using the Linksys router, you need to dial #92 before the second number.

Interesting .... the user guide from
Vonage
says to do what Matth WAS doing. I went through the LinkSys installation and troubleshooting guide and didn't see anything regarding 3-way calling. How is a person to know ? Yea I know this forum .... but it's not even a
Vonage
deal. Any other Linksys oddities ?
