Post subject: Registration refund
I registered the complaint against Ticket 24572201 in the month of May'2010 for money refund. till now
Vonage
not able to give me the date, when my account get cancelled and money will be refunded. This is not at all expected from a company like
Vonage
. This is really disgusting. Everyday i am calling the customer care and they are saying that engineer has to look into it.Really , i don't want to suggest
Vonage
to any of my friends.
