There are no outages at Vonage. Also what do you mean by outage?

The only type of outage that can affect a region of the country would be inbound call completion to you if the Vonage partner carrier that connects calls for your area is having an outage. If your service does not work at all, not even dial tone, then this would be an ISP issue or possibly a device issue. Is your internet working?
