Has anyone been experiencing any problems with Simul-Ring lately? For the last day or so, it hasn't been working. I've got my cell phone as my other number that's supposed to ring at the same time my home phone rings, but that's not happening anymore. Only my home phone rings. I've contacted Vonage, but they're clueless. I've reset my adapter, they've "refreshed" their system as they call it, yet nothing works.
Simul-Ring works fine. I use it everyday from my home Vonage line to my cell phone and from my work Vonage line to my Blackberry. Is it select calls your not getting on your cell phone, that do your your Vonage line or is it all calls placed to your Vonage line do not ring your cell phone?
I've received several simulring calls yesterday and today at my office from my home number, and they also show up as missed calls on my cell phone. I'd say it is working fine.
I have had a problem with this feature in the past though. It took disabling simulring, clearing the simulring numbers, and resetting the adapter, then setting simulring up from scratch once again, and it worked fine thereafter.
