Post subject: Ongoing one way audio/dropped with Comcast and SB5120 modem
Vonage
customer who has had ongoing audio issues since starting service. network-SB5120>vt2442>buffalo wireless router>pc and wii. Has called into tech support numerous times and still no resolution. Internet service checks out fine with no latency or packet loss and bandwidth speeds far exceeding the norm. Using Comcast. Is there a definitive answer on using the SB5120 cable modem that is suppose to have known issues with audio? Cust is in San Francisco. Cust is also tech savvy and aware of EMI and interference avoidance. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm glad to hear that you got your problem solved. however, it is of little benefit to others who are strugging with similar issues. So for their sake, would you mind posting your solution?
