Post subject: New Landline Bluetooth Phones and Vonage
Does anyone currently use a bluetooth landline capable phone and
Vonage
. I currently have an AT&T EP5632 Bluetooth-Enabled 1-line 5.8 GHz Expandable Cordless Speakerphone that allows me to connect to my mobile phone as well as use a bluetooth headset for landline calls. It really allows me to be handsfree and integrate all my phone lines. A great phone. I am wondering if anyone out there has a similar phone or the same one and has had success with the service. I want to switch to
Vonage
but do not know if this phone will work.

There should be no reason why it would not work. The landline connection of your phone will connect to the
Vonage
telephone adaptor, which then connects into your router.

I used a AT&T EP5632 Phone with
Vonage
with the Linksys PAP2 and it worked fine. I wound up taking the phone back because of bluetooth performance issues. Bluetooth phones from Panasonic, Motorola and RCA all worked well with
Vonage
but also went back due to bluetooth issues. I finally found a bluetooth interface box from Xlink that works well and can simultaneously accommodate up to 3 cell phones.
