Can I cancel the vonage

Hi
I am using the Vonage monthly plan of 14.99$
I took it in this march

Now I want to cancel this

If i want to cancel this, Do I have to pay any money and give back the wireless modem

what I have to do cancel the Vonage

To cancel, you can 1-VONAGE-HELP and tell them you want to cancel your service. Make sure to call Mon - Fri 9AM - 7PM EST which is when Account Management is open. The person in Customer Care will then be able to transfer you to them. If you call outside of these hours, your account wont be closed on that phone call. They would have to create a ticket and someone would have to get back to you as all cancellations must be verbal and account information must be validated.

You will be charged a disconnect fee of $39.99 and you will be charged roughly $99.99 for your wireless Vonage device if not returned.

They will ask for a reason as a reason has to be coded into the system by the agent.

Just tell them you don't want it. You will pay the cancellation fee and will have to send back the adapter.

I think when i cancel the my plan, i can't pay the money but the modem should be given back.

If you cancel within the first 2 months you must return the device and will not be charged a cancellation fee. Or after 2 months 39.99 for canceling but you will be able to keep the device.
