1. PA, USA 2. Comcast Cable 3. Download speed: 14663696 bps Upload speed: 883672 bps 4. Motorola SB5120 Modem 5. "Type of Vonage adapter used ie RT31P2 or PAP2" I dont know? VDV21-VD Model 6. Modem -> Vonage -> Router -> PC's 7. This started within a few days.. I've had Vonage for a little over a month or two. And now I can hear the other person fine, but they say it gets really choppy sometimes and/or cuts out completely when I talk. And the speed test either cant measure QOS or is really low... Sometimes it measures the jitter like at 8 or so, but usually bad. But like I said, been working flawlessly since I got it untill now. 8. Rerun the test, but this time connect your cable modem directly to your PC. This will help in determining if your issue is solely related to your internet connection.
