I can only presume that the Clear Voip test site is still down. I have the latest Java, tried it on IE, Firefox, and Chrome.

Tested Java on several sites with no fails. Tested Voip tests on several sites and Java worked. The Vonage test page always generates a Java failure.

If the page is bad, could someone take the time to indicate such on the page? Especially since you want the results included with questions.

Thanks

Java Plug-in 1.6.0_23
Using JRE version 1.6.0_23-b05 Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM

Says I can support 5 high quality calls. While I'm not overly impressed with my QOS percentage, I haven't had the first bit of trouble with my connection in the 3 weeks I've used it so far.

Here is my speed test result:

Very poor score Sad

Absolutely. I just submitted a complaint to the FCC. I've made many complaints to Comcast over the years about instable VPN connections and dropped / poor quality Vonage calls. My jitter and MOS scores are bad, but Comcast could care less. They think up-selling my to a dedicated IP or business account will fix my issues. Having worked for a major telecomm equipment carrier, I know better.

Go to http://www.fcc.gov/complaints. Use "Broadcast (TV and Radio), Cable, and Satellite Issues" then "Cable modem issues, cable signal leakage, cable customer premises equipment issues"

I can't get the test to work either.
