I cannot seem to get the test to complete. any suggestions? I hit the start button and it diplays the littl box saying it is started but it never shows any progress. any ideas?? Thanks

Most likely you don't have the latest version of java installed. Go to http://www.java.com and download and install from the link "Free java Download."

Thanks for the suggestion. I updated JAVA but stlll am not getting any results. I get the little"WORKING" box but it doesnt seem to be working. There are no indicators other than the little box. Any more ideas? I appreciate all the help
