Typically I don't have trouble, but the past couple days I an hardly talk, long delay when answering, and sometimes I can't hear the person on the other end at all. BTW, what the hell is Jitter and how do I fix it?

It will be available to you in a few hours, it needs some time to reset.

How long before the Speed test resets?
I tried it a few times this morning when I was having some difficulty with calls, and then got the "You have used your limit..." message.
Still can't test again yet. Next day, maybe?
Thanks.

Just an update to my previous issue......
After about an hour on the phone with
Vonage
"support" and running all kinds of tests and not finding anything wrong I finally made them take me to level 3 support and got someone in the US that could actually understand me and speak english. He went through several test.. and couldn't find anything either, then he increased the buffer on Vonages end and, like magic, everything works perfectly again. I can send and recieve faxes, and the quality of my calls is back to what I would expect it to be.

Post subject: my results
I am using Cogeco cable internet, when I do a speed test I get around 9 to 10 mbps download and around 630 upload.
I used to have my
Vonage
adapter behind my wireless Linksys router, but now I have it in front of it and also hooked directly to main computer. I found my
Voip
test better, but never get a good score on QOS.
