Says my QOS is only 33 %! But it seems fine to me. I don't think I don't have any sound breakup or anything. Also It says my download speed is 2296 kbps.. when I do a speed test at a different site I actually get results anywhere from 7mbps to 8.5mbps.
Should I be concerned? Is there anyway to improve my QOS?

Verizon FiOS 15 Mbps, Win XP pro, DL-624, VT-1005 MTA's, 3 lines. Sound is much cleaner since MTA reboot.
"Given your current Internet speeds, we estimate that your Internet connection can support a maximum of 24 simultaneous high quality
Vonage
Voip
connections."
My Results
Download 14,906,336 bps
Upload 1,871,832 bps
QOS 88%
RTT 21 ms
MaxPause 18 ms
Not bad at all.....

OK, can someone explain this.... here are my numbers:
Speed test statistics
---------------------
Download speed: 13585056 bps
Upload speed: 1054464 bps
Quality of service: 86 %

Average download pause: 1 ms
Minimum round trip time to server: 10 ms

Very good I must say. However I only have a 7Mb connection.... how am I getting almost 14Mb down out of it? I've tested my cable connection (Patriot Media in NJ) many times at:
http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/
which I found on the broadband reports site.
http://www.dslreports.com/stest
Every time I test there I get just under 7Mb/s to their NewYork server. As I move west across the country it gets slower and slower.
I think this test has a bug in it somewhere. Or is my Dual core AMD helping me here?

The tool can be helpful, but it's not everything. My router gives my
Voip
traffic a higher QOS than the PCs running the tests. I also get significantly higher QOS percentages from the Java tool when running it on my laptop over my 802.11g network than the higher performance hardwired 100Mb Ethernet connected sytems. This defies reason.
