So, I used the online form, put in all my details, hit submit, got a email telling me to wait a few days for another email, then NOTHING !
So today I rang to ask how it was going
NO RECORD OF MY REQUEST !!!
I had to do it all over again, but this time while I was talking to an agent, to make sure they got it.
So what went wrong? someone deleted it ? |

I had a similar problem the other way. I tried to take my Vonage number away to Virgin Media. Vonage claimed they had an agreement with Virgin but Virgin denied this. I gave up in the end.
Very disappointing experience, but keep us informed if you get anywhere.
