Fax Question

Does the fax service work better than the standard phone connection? I have standard Vonage service and only have my faxes make it through. If the fax service works better then I will add it. Thanks in advance

Check this forum http://www.vonage-forum.com/forum9.html , you will see mixed reviews. Try changing your settings on your fax machine; 9600 Baud and error correction off.

my understanding is that it is simply a dedicated fax line nothing else. the call quality remains the same but with a lot less features.

not worth it unless you fax and receive faxes a lot.
