I've tried two days with Vonage tech support and the problem still remain. I've a MF 4270 all in one fax,copier,scanner.I purchased the small business package.-----all the phone lines are working and internet is working fine, but not the fax. CAN ANYONE HELP WITH THIS. Thank you
I would suggest you to use Internet fax service. Just make sure you subscribe with a reliable service provider so you could fully enjoy the latest features on online faxing and you will have no problem with sending and receiving of fax documents.
