I was hoping someone could give me a clue as to a problem.
I have a Vonage fax line, and I can receive faxes, but I cannot send.
Every fax I send has the same result:
36 second communication time (exactly 36 seconds, every time, to any fax machine).
0 pages sent
Result is NG #018 LINE BUSY
The line is not busy. I can hear the other line pick up and fax tones.
Other info which may be helpful:
The fax machine is a CANON PIXMA MX-310.
I have successfully faxed using this line in the past - it just started failing about a week ago.
The fax machine is low on ink (not that should matter when sending...)
Other info which the sticky asked for:

Almost forgot. I've already done the obvious. ECM is off and my fax send speed is set to 9600bps. |
