Buisness plan question

I just placed an order for a unlimited Vonage buisness plan. My question is.

I currently Have with Verizon:

A fax number(not a dedicated fax line, just a # with a fax machine plugged in)

I transferred 1 phone number when i signed up.

How do I move my fax number Vonage? Im totally stumped here, On my dashboard it has my number that I transferred(201-568-XXXX) and a virtual number (201-210-XXXX)

I did exactly what you want to do when I moved my business lines to Vonage from Verizon last year. I called Vonage customer service and requested a free fax line (available with unlimited business service) and a port of the existing Verizon fax telephone number. It was handled like any other number-port. I could not do it online, however. Doing it with customer service typically entails a significant wait for an agent.
