I have had Vonage for many years, the service has been good.
Callers complain that they cannot hear me speak, the words are clear but soft. I have tried different phones, new cables and just about everything else. I have Brighthouse Earthlink service on cable running at 5MBits so Vonage should hardly be a challenge. |

if you go to the first sticky post that says "what to post when you are having technical difficulty" and do what that post asks you, we can help you a lot better than what little information you have given us.
most of these issues are related to ISP issues, not Vonage as I do not have the same complaints from those listening to me.
please post the technical details as well as the Voip speed test details. |

I see nothing that alarms me about the speed. if it is a volume issue, I think a call to Vonage customer service will help. they can increase the volume I believe. |
