I have never done this, but I think your answer may reside in (see your user manual, Chapter 3 page 8 ), under Advanced Routing. Setting a routing table to your VPortal may allow you to see your printer.

Anything connected behind the V-Portal will be assigned an IP address in the range of 192.168.15.2-192.168.15.254 thus blocking all office computers from seeing the MFP. With your current setup, the only way the office computers are going to be able to see the MFP, is to connect the MFP to the Linksys router.
