Last week, I spoke with a Vonage agent. He gave me his ID. I tried to contact him again, by phone and by e-mail. No success.

Is there not a way to contact SPECIFIC Vonage agents?

there is not. We have numbers but we dont have extension and we arnt really identified in any way by those numbers. Try to email him again.
