Voicemail that works well with Vonage

we have a small 15 person business, what voicemail system would work well with the Vonage system. We need individual voicemail at each extension.

Tell us more: you have vonage service and 15 extensions. How are they connected?

If you are using a separate Vonage telephone number for each of these extensions, then Vonage voicemail is already available. If you have fewer than 15 Vonage numbers, then you are probably using a PBX of some kind to switch a small number of Vonage "trunks" to a larger number of extensions. In that case, your PBX vendor probably offers a voicemail add-on to the PBX.
