another business question--(sorry to ask so many questions...but i'm just starting on this Voip voyage
but as Vonage has different types of VM greetings based on schedule, is there also a way to have the duration until VM starts scheduled as well?
right now, i've got call-hunting, and during business hours, i don't want it to goto mailbox until maybe about 45-60secs (cuz it could take time for someone to pick up the phone), whereas afterhours, i just want it to go directly to VM, so there's no wait.
or on a related question--is there a way to do call-forwarding to different numbers based on a schedule?
i know V is mostly for residential, so they might not have all these features...
thanks again for the help! |

I could be wrong, but I don't think you can do these types of things with Vonage by itself. |

You could enable Do Not Disturb, which would send your calls immediately to voicemail. Just don't forget to disable it the next day. |

what you are looking for can be done via a PBX system which Vonage does not support and I do not recommend getting with Vonage at this time due to their refusal to give out SIP information. |
