I have been a satisfied Vonage customer for 2-plus years, and all of the sudden I ran into this extremely frustrating problem. I can make outgoing calls with no problems, but when I receive an incoming call, I can her the person but they can't hear me. This problem exists on my base and both of my handsets. Its inexplicable that after all this time this would suddenly start occurring. I have made no changes to my router, ISP or setup. I even purchased a brand new handset thinking it was an equipment failure, but the problem still exists. Has this happened to anyone else? Any help GREATLY appreciated! |

Have you done as Voip speed test as requested by the sticky at the top of forum? It would help if you gave details (type of high speed internet, type of modem, Vonage device, setup etc.) Just saying it don't work doesn't give much to go on. |
